You can't do that unless you have Android 2.2 or Root your phone(will void your warranty)...
For camera, if not mistaken the default setting, they save it in your SD card alr...

Question:

QUOTE
Q: How is the web browser?
A: Quite good actually, just a notch lower than iPhone’s Safari, most non-iPhone users don’t mind.
I seen videos of Android's browser, and it seem to load pages faster than Safari. Why is it still worse than Safari?

Thinking of changing to Android soon,as im quite sick of iphone.

Desire's browser seems to be faster, as seen in this YouTube video. Of course the 1GHz SnapDragon processor helps.

The Android version also affects the speed. After upgrading my Hero from 1.5 to 2.1, I can feel the speed improvement.

The browser in Android 2.2 and beyond will be even faster, based on what was demoed against an iPhone at the recent Google I/O conference.

Hi Michael, you can install a program called Juicedefender. it has a widget that can toggle APN on/off. If its off your 3G will not connect

Hi LYN forumers,

I'm interested in getting an Android phone and have tested the HTC Desire. I was really looking forward to getting one until, after testing, I realized it did not have a particular feature, which is very important to me.

It seems that Android does not allow searching the phonebook using fields other than the name field. Eg. I could type in a person's email address or company name, and it will show me all entries matching the search condition. I was disappointed that it couldn't do this.

However, I'm still interested in getting an Android phone. Therefore, can the LYN forumers let me know if there are any 3rd party app which allows me to do this (ie have a more powerful phonebook app) or have I been mistaken that it does not have this feature.

I hope someone can help me out. Thanks! smile.gif

There's HTC Incredible and HTC Mondrian set to be announce soon, but my guess is that it'll probably only arrive in Malaysia anywhere around October or December.
Currently, HTC Desire is the best model for android. A lot of owners for it too, so you can definitely expect good support here in Malaysia.

So does HTC Legend. Simply turn off Mobile Network should ensure no data leakage due to snyc'ng or status updates.
