depends on the users lo... but for users like hellkeeper, no matter what kind of user friendly mouse, he will also think its not so friendly somehow.. haha. for me its okay ba, but just that i think the side buttons is abit too smal... will be better if its bigger so i can feel the side buttons better too.. hehe

QUOTE(blacktrix @ Dec 31 2009, 09:43 AM) I think I need to re-state about how the Orochi SHOULD be used. thumbs up =) agree...The Orochi is NOT a wireless gaming mouse. It's a wired gaming mouse. The keyword here is "Gaming Mouse" In wireless mode, it works like a standard mouse. Really doesn't track well enough for competitive gaming. I'm using it on my Macbook Pro playing COD4 and Bioshock and Modern Warfare 2 on Windows, both CAN be played, but not ideal on wireless mode. Plug in the cable, and then it really becomes a PROPER gaming mouse. You get all the features like it's bigger brothers and is really responsive. Keep in mind, it really comes to life when it's plugged in. Remember, it's running on the much lower bandwidth Bluetooth, unlike the Mamba which runs on the proper 2.4ghz wireless band to achieve the fast response times. The Orochi is really made for people like me with gaming laptops who wants to game on the go, but don't really want to carry a full sized mouse. I normally use my Orochi on wireless mode when I'm checking email or doing word documents at starbucks overseas and when I'm back in the hotel, plug it in for a little Bioshock action. It's small and portable enough to just dump in your bag without really noticing if it's there, which is really what you want for a notebook mouse. Unlike the Mamba, there's no giant dongle I need to carry around and it's not as bulky either.... Bottomline, if you are a heavy laptop user who does more Email checking or Photoshop and gaming on the go? Then yeah, the Orochi is the mouse for you. If you are a desktop user or a person who plays games competitively or frequents cyber cafes looking for a portable mouse? Then no, the Orochi is so NOT the mouse for you. |

hehe.... okay thanks ya ^^ hmm, i just wan something as small as my bottle cap, easy to be brought along, sturdy, and simple.. of coz price not too expensive
somemore, armadillo is simple, its cheaper of coz.. functionality may not be as good as apuri, but still my choice.. hehe cheers~ and yea, have to agree with everdying also, i don need that much port since my laptop itself got more than enuf liaw... and he's right in one thing also, because armadillo is same height as the mouse. thats the thing lo.. rm80 for it.. Razer really successfully made its supply low and demand high. what a good marketing strategy. if u learnt economics before u will noe liaw..
but dunno lar, for other things i feel expensive, but for razer don relaly feel it and its worth every cent (satisfaction in my heart).. how to say ar, i don mind spending it though i no money liaw, as long as im happy and satisfy with what i spent. if i spent rm30 for a lunch i sure heartbreak and not happy.. eat le also don feel healthy. im sure some of us is liddat .. but buy le razer rm300, mayb still abit heartache, but the satisfaction and happiness will overcome the heartache and turn it into something which makes u think its worth it.. thats me poisoned by razer, cham .... >.< |

in my opinion, its gonna work, ur mouse feels like wireless... i tried my own homemade one.. xD as long as the cable not touching the table or the mouse pad, u have more freedom to glide ur mouse.

not mouse bungee, its jz homemade like i do it myself.. i use bottle and hang my cable. dunno how to say also, tat was what i did in shah alam, now in kch not using any...
use bro's bottle coz between the cap and body got the connection which allow u to hang ur thread (string). then use the string make a circle to hang ur cable and lift it off abit from ur table. This post has been edited by Michaelbyz23: Dec 31 2009, 01:57 PM |
