i think if both party signals are consistent with green/yellow colour throughout the match, then most probably it will be a smooth match, based on my observation.

if your opponent signal is yellow before the match, and when during the match it start blinking to red --> yellow ---> red, the 2-3 secs delay will happen due to inconsistency connection.

Constant eff-ing to your friendly internet service provider will ensure your line is stable and smooth for gaming... hehe

managed to get 3 games with vvcheong...lost 2 won 1. the last one really a good game...he lead 3-0 then i scored 3 to lvl before he scored 1 more to win 4-3 later game...damn.
