Immediately after you signed SPA, the whole process will take max 3months. Exceeding 3months, either vendor have to pay you or you have to pay vendor, depending which party delay. 3 days after your bank make full payment to the vendor, you should get the key. Again, any delay the vendor will pay you interest as per your signed SPA.
