Replace Milk with Soy Milk, want to reduce weight

hi guys, I am currently in the midst of trying to lose weight. I drink a lot of milk for the protein(up to 2 packs a day, have reduced it back to 1). Dropping milk completely out my diet is not really an option as the majority of the protein I take comes from milk. I was thinking of replacing it with soy. I know that soy protein is not as good as milk protein...

Yea, I have heard about the moobs thing too. However there are vegan bodybuilders who take soy, and they don't have moobs. HL has 50gm per pack. And I do take about 200gm of protein per day. BTW my weight is 115kg, so 3kg is too much. The reason why I take milk is bcos of convenience.
