ieR: i've read a lot of review. most of them state that it is pointless to spend extra few hundred on a F3.5 vs F4. most of the time u'll be using UWA to snap landscape & indoor. F3.5 will be good in low light but there is this thing call flash. And if ur talking about bokeh, r u going to snap portrait using UWA?

there is pros and cons for F3.5 vs F4.

Pros F3.5:
1) HSM(quite & fast) - do we really use UWA for sports or fast moving objects? sound...ehm...used to sony AF sound already
2) Low light - we can always trade low light with flash for F4

currently cheapest sigma 10-20mm i can find is round 2800. for 800...ehmm...i put my money on F4 rather than F3.5.

the other 800 contributed to my 16-80z lens.

my 2 cents.

I am planning to do that though smile.gif
