Hi.. i'm kinda new in the world of photography still alot to learn & do.. the lack of creativity limit my ability~~ well.. i do alot of figurine, cosplay shoot. i'm not quite good at it yet.. I only start using my dslr on march 2009 now starting to get the hang of it well... please comment/shoot me on what i'm gonna show ^^, (oh yeah i'm using a canon 1000d ^^)

The exposure looks balance in most of the shots. Maybe you'd want to look into composition next.

next time ah, clear the dust off the figurines before you take pics!

^^ the purposed of the shoot was to show howdusty my gundam are ^^

it's a photo. who's going to know that?

unless if you put it in a blog post or photo album about dusty figurines, people would just think you made a grevious mistake.

overexposed...

Ur white balance on the 1st time doesnt seem right. Slight overexposed as well.

some of your portraits are too soft, especially the face/eyes of the models,
even though the overall exposure of the photos seems spot on but you must bear in mind that the face is the focus, hence sometimes you need to unbalance your exposure, means darken or brighten up ur pictures to get the model in perfect lighting and exposure
u can get lots of tips and samples if u visit laurence kim's blog

Well, composition and lighting could be better in pic 'Enfold' or which i see it more as 'Mess'.

'Expression' is pretty good or which i think 'Emotion' could be a more suitable title.

I've followed your thread, you have quite improved a lot there.
