KLIBOR * = 2.14%
1 - 2 KLIBOR + 0.85 3 - 5 KLIBOR + 1.25 6- 30 KLIBOR + 1
*All-cost absorbed home loan - valuation, legal fee and stamp duty will be borne by us
how about this rate? any borrower from SCB and take KLIBOR package can give some suggestion.

KLIBOR rate up til now doesn't move much so u can expect cheap interest for quite some time. Beware also once there is increase of KLIBOR rate u will have pay more too. If i m not mistaken they do revise the interest rate more often than BLR.

My 4th unit uses klibor. It earns me an extra of RM40 every month, approximate. Compare to BLR base interest.
If you use for investing, my point of view is: The lower the interest, the more you can earn after you rent your unit out.
The klibor is revise every quarter but will always win BLR base interest. The downside is no prepayment and other facilities. These facilities in my investing view point, is nice to have but can do without.
