My 4th unit uses klibor.
It earns me an extra of RM40 every month, approximate.
Compare to BLR base interest.
If you use for investing, my point of view is:
The lower the interest, the more you can earn after you rent your unit out.
The klibor is revise every quarter but will always win BLR base interest.
The downside is no prepayment and other facilities.
These facilities in my investing view point, is nice to have but can do without.
