I always use some YangYang shuttlecock. I don't buy them when I play so I don't know its exact model. Sometimes Aerosensa too.

Hi, fa_aiz,

You can try RCL Titanium from Bangsar Ah Lee. Address as above. The quality is really not bad. Durable. Price below AS30 too.

Ya, if I am not mistaken, 25 years ago, brands like Yonex, Carlton, Aeroplane were quite popular. But in these few years,RCL, RSL, Protech, Sealion are more popular, Yonex is still doing good but Carlton and Aeroplane  are no longer popular. RCL is very popular in Northern Malaysia (if you have time to go to Penang, visit badminton courts there, most people using RCL), but I think RCL is relatively unknown in KL. But from the forums I read lately, seems like more and more people in KL/Selangor have tried RCL and the feedbacks so far are pretty good.

guess u re right...its easy to fin RCL here..in kedah..
had try titanium,no 1 silver, armortec and soon..but in my opinion..
the best is RCL no1..but hard to get it...

My friend gave me a new model called RCL Gold No.1 to test out last nite. The shuttle flied pretty good. Durability-wise might not be as good as RCL Titanium but it still lasted us two 21-point games per shuttle. The price is cheaper than RCL Titanium.

Last time I played with a Victor shuttle called Victor Championship No.1 (green color striping on white tube, with IBF approved Rating badge). The shuttle is really superb, but I think it is selling for around RM59-60 now. But this is really tournament grade shuttle smile.gif

i voted for yonex
but i played like few years back
and my choices of shuttle would be yonex

ts i wonder wad happened to yang yang and victor?
those were quite famous few years back in sarawak
my dad still uses them thou
i quite like yangyang
their flight path is way firm and they are very stable

i played victor gold silver and the green ones
gold is cheap but the feather easily breaks...
u get wad u pay for rite?
it all depends on how people his the shuttle too
some ppl juz hit them at the side
tat's why the feather break easily
green is much durable but more expensive
