Can try Xigmatek Cobra since the Cobra is made recommended for AMD Proc and Is not very tall in height as well. Fits your HTPC.
Dun worry bout the Heatsink, not much Cpu Cooler will hit it as now CPU cooler have a gap at the bottom to prevent contact with RAMS. |

If ur using a Branded Casing lie CM690, Thermaltake then you dun have to worry bout the cpu cooler.. main thing is the casing if is chapayam, chant use big cpu cooler or ur side panel cant close..

CM Scout have very tight backside, i also having hard time helping my customer doing cable management with that casing.
Back to topic, Any CPU Cooler will work on this motherboard TS, just have to take note of your casing now. |
