This is by far the worst i have ever come across and my first dispute that i had needed to raise. Its a shame indeed.
Seller may have done successful sales in the past but his current conduct, thats very much wanting indeed.

Details of the complaint :
Khairul or caerulln here runs a service running Bulk Purchases from US to Malaysia to combine on shipping to make it cheaper and easier for the folks here to receive items from the states. He seems to have been doing and running the bulk well so far and had little or no problems on his previous bulks except for this apparent last one. On the dates above Ive paid a total of RM756.33 for two items i ordered from Newegg and 2 more ordered for the Mrs. at home. By Sept 5th my items had arrived. This is almost 40days since payment was completed to caerulln and patiently waiting for the items to arrive.
During this time, some calls and sms were made to the number 012-2987014 but had no response. No responses on emails as well. Only on Sept 5th 2 sms came in, to inform me my items had arrived and I am to collect the item at the Universiti Putra LRT Station. On collection it was found that my wife's clothes were not included in the shipment. On my inquiry Khairul promised that these items will be in the next last shipment.
And wait i did until today. Almost 3 months of waiting for empty promises and no responses.And it looks to be that im not the only one in the same boat.
Seller continuously come into the forum without bothering to reply in his thread. Only once offering an apology and leaving it at that.

I dont understand this, daily you come in to log on and presumably surf the forums whilst many of us who are in the bulk are awaiting for your response.
You are busy, well arent all of us ?
You dropped in, and we were glad and perhaps placid when you presented us with your apologies but while all that you still fail to respond to any of our requests.
You ask for folks to mail you since your PM is full. Why not empty your PM's and allow us to PM you ? Or are you too busy for that?
I assume you have those PM's to keep the phone numbers of your buyers. Well, mine is 0123200615, im putting it right out here, why not if you had problems
with your email and PM, and lowyat account, you call me to arrange the delivery of my pending items. Its right out here, you can easily SMS and check even without
logging on to your Lowyat account. Just search for user caerulln and topics. You'll find your own topic and look at it to find my contact if its too difficult for you to find it.
You gave me and i guess most of the folks your contact number 012-2987014 for us to contact you.
Not once has this phone been answered other than my first SMS which was one month before raya.
After that all the calls go unanswered to this number.
Please provide a proper contact number!

You ask us to mail you at CAERULLN@GMAIL.COM but do you reply to these ?
What is stopping you from either sending us an sms, or giving us a call or replying our mail or PM's when you can daily come in to check on the forum.
Please respond to these queries and update me and the others here on our items.
Terrible conduct as a seller you have. Please be more responsible.
We paid for your service, I for one expect a response, immediately.
