Ive never complained about the transactions ive done with other sellers on this forum.
This is by far the worst i have ever come across and my first dispute that i had needed to raise. Its a shame indeed.

Seller may have done successful sales in the past but his current conduct, thats very much wanting indeed.

Details of the complaint :
Khairul or caerulln here runs a service running Bulk Purchases from US to Malaysia to combine on shipping to make it cheaper and easier for the folks here to receive items from the states. He seems to have been doing and running the bulk well so far and had little or no problems on his previous bulks except for this apparent last one. On the dates above Ive paid a total of RM756.33 for two items i ordered from Newegg and 2 more ordered for the Mrs. at home. By Sept 5th my items had arrived. This is almost 40days since payment was completed to caerulln and patiently waiting for the items to arrive.

During this time, some calls and sms were made to the number 012-2987014 but had no response. No responses on emails as well. Only on Sept 5th 2 sms came in, to inform me my items had arrived and I am to collect the item at the Universiti Putra LRT Station. On collection it was found that my wife's clothes were not included in the shipment. On my inquiry Khairul promised that these items will be in the next last shipment.

And wait i did until today. Almost 3 months of waiting for empty promises and no responses.And it looks to be that im not the only one in the same boat.
Seller continuously come into the forum without bothering to reply in his thread. Only once offering an apology and leaving it at that.

I dont understand this, daily you come in to log on and presumably surf the forums whilst many of us who are in the bulk are awaiting for your response.
You are busy, well arent all of us ?
You dropped in, and we were glad and perhaps placid when you presented us with your apologies but while all that you still fail to respond to any of our requests.
You ask for folks to mail you since your PM is full. Why not empty your PM's and allow us to PM you ? Or are you too busy for that?

I assume you have those PM's to keep the phone numbers of your buyers. Well, mine is 0123200615, im putting it right out here, why not if you had problems
with your email and PM, and lowyat account, you call me to arrange the delivery of my pending items. Its right out here, you can easily SMS and check even without
logging on to your Lowyat account. Just search for user caerulln and topics. You'll find your own topic and look at it to find my contact if its too difficult for you to find it.

You gave me and i guess most of the folks your contact number 012-2987014 for us to contact you.
Not once has this phone been answered other than my first SMS which was one month before raya.
After that all the calls go unanswered to this number.
Please provide a proper contact number!

There is also no response on your gmail.
You ask us to mail you at CAERULLN@GMAIL.COM but do you reply to these ?
What is stopping you from either sending us an sms, or giving us a call or replying our mail or PM's when you can daily come in to check on the forum.
Please respond to these queries and update me and the others here on our items.
Terrible conduct as a seller you have. Please be more responsible.

We paid for your service, I for one expect a response, immediately.

I explained a little in my original thread.
I'm extremely busy right now - reason for stopping the service.

I received a response from Khairul last night via email. Im making arrangements to meet him at University LRT Station Tuesday night.
Im still not pleased sadly. Khairul reasons and explained below in his email.

# Possible to meet at any Putra Stations in his thread - Yet Ill be making way from Cyberjaya to meet @ University LRT Station when in his thread he mentioned its possible to COD at any station.

# Usually not able to answer calls. He mentioned that he usually would not be able to answer calls. He never answer calls. Though I respect that as a privacy measure, but to not reply or answer any calls or SMS to the number does not make the number a credible number.

i believe the seller has a great responsibility here. rather than saying out loud that I HAVE NO TIME, then how do you have the time to even make any commitment over here? if you think you cannot satisfy any of your prospective customers, pls lah not worth if you open up a thread and take people's money and let them be on the limbo awaiting your reply like slaves. i believe your T&C was to pay upfront before you make the purchase? TS has paid and done his part of the responsibility, where's yours? looking at your thread and with that many bulks that you have done, can't you even sacrifice 1hour of your time to give your customers updated on the status of their orders? too much to ask? if it is, then i hope sellers like you do not emerge anymore in LYN. fake promises and mulling over something that you owe me is the last thing i would ever want.

And as per the post right after that post above shows the sentiments we all feel.

I do not see the point of you pointing out that youre stopping the bulk because youre too busy and not making a profit.
The fact that this bulk helped you in getting your items cheaper, thats the profit already.
The fact that someone like me have to wait 3 months to get an item, to spend time researching about you is a great waste and loss of my time.
You'd like to get the issue settled ? Then work on settling the issue and not just come in with randomized postings about how sorry you are and how you'd like to make it better.

Even with your postings, you come in nonchalantly without so much of a bother in making amends.

So please, dont come threatening me like its all my fault. 3 months of waiting and agonizing, the RM332 is basically a write off for me.
Out of a final chance I am removing those information, I have even more photos and details to which Ill keep until the deal is completed.

What ts said is quite true. As a seller you must be responsible furthermore you collected money. Excuses such as studying is unacceptable if studies is important finish it first before trading. 3months anything can happen if me i also assume seller ran off already.

You can just give a note or sms to your buyer of the status. I dont see any problem for him posting your details AFTER 3 months. You say 1 week or 3 weeks or worse 1 month is acceptable

i wouldn't endorse TS's action directly as i too admit that it was unethical of him to do that.

however given such circumstances, at least that got your attention focussed to this issue permanently.

seriously 3 months is too long, especially for a student; that is like almost equivalent to an entire semester (excluding breaks)

Dealing with you my friend is easier said and done. You dont answer your calls.
Up to now, finally its 4 sms from you i received versus the 30 i sent, all of which is still in my Iphone i might add.

Out of all the emails i sent you only 6 got replied, 4 of which in the past two days out of the 30 days wait.

So what do i have to COMPEL you to come out. Those postings did.
I thought long and hard before I proceeded on those. Remember, I for one has no other way and choice to get you to Respond.

Understanding that makes my posting suddenly seems to be at least for me the right way to proceed.
