since the xbox fanboys can't hear us here - i still laugh myself silly when i recall the "change car tyre at pitstop" demo.

but nintendo is smart. the vitality sensor i think they sensed "silly" that is why there isn't any demo.

u buy a console for its games. u just have to say u don't like the games on wii. don't have to give some mumbo jumbo story about hardcore gamer vs. casual gamer. this term is created by hardcore gamers themselves to guard their on turf, coz the invasion has already begun. heard of move and kinect?

1. u didn't mention. i was not quoting u. i said u just had to mention "I won't choose wii because I don't like the games on wii", or "I prefer the games on ps3/360" or something to that affect, without bring up the subject of "true gamers"

3. i never used the word war. invasion here refers to some of the so called "true gamers" feel threatened that their gaming community is now being "invaded" by these so called casual gamers. once a point a time there was only "gamers". then when these "gamers" realised that games are being created to be enjoyed by more people, they came out with the term "hardcore gamer" and "casual gamer" just to differentiate this 2 groups of gamers. but these categories are not well defined up to today. so using this term just confuses. i honestly don't know which group i actually fall in to.

don't think u are geared towards true gamer. you are now sentence to "casual gamer" for 12 bulan. 3 month probation. don't repeat the offence again. thanks.

i don't play games on pc anymore. so i not hardcore
i play bfbc2 on ps3, i play hard, but i suck in it. but i enjoy it coz lepas geram after work. so am i hardcore? wait i play guitar hero too on ps3 and wii. i think i am pretty hardcore, coz i will play a song for weeks until i get it 99% before i give up.but people say guitar hero is casual game, not hardcore. i am quite sad coz after so hard i practice i can't graduate to hardcore. life is not fair. oh wait i also play gta4, i play 3 times i get bored already. so gta4 is hardcore game, but coz i get bored easily makes me casual gamer.

so tell me guys, am i hardcore or casual?
