like what i did recently, all loose TF must be hand carry luggage. those with boxes can check in but have to make sure your luggage is made off good/strong material on its side so that it can survive the impact. or you can always declare your luggage have some fragile items in it during check in and they have a special counter for fragile luggage and handling also different than usual.
