Spec on my sig, HDD is dual Western Digital Cavair Black 320GB 16mb cache on RAID0, forget the RAID0 stripe size already, prolly the the largest sweat.gif
IIRC stripe size might affect the RAID speed too.

Btw, Hot reboot is faster than cold boot(aka from power down the PC and restart.) IIRC.
and somemore i didnt defrag my pc for years already brows.gif

Spec on my sign. I got use 1+2gb ReadyBoost cahce. 1gb is microsd in huawei 3g modem and 2 gb kingston usb flash drive. My HDD only single 500Gb @ AHCI.

not yet tried with readyboost cause using x64 w7 with 4gb ram doh.gif
