How is the occupancy rate? Is it more to room to room basis, or rent out in whole unit? ,,,Curious who could have rent the whole unit by itself in this area,,,

RM1600 is good, but how is the occupancy rate, i notice there are some post about MAS air hostess staying there, and there is some offices around..Just figure, it is easy to rent room by room out, but seemed hard to rent to whole unit out..Any advice on this?

well, how much does it cost to buy a 1200 sq feet at this point of time? The asking price is within what range? I wana buy a property with 220k and below and sign for the Skim Rumah Pertamaku=p for coming feb or march,,
