Let me explain what kind of service and scamming this company does.

3 weeks ago, I sent my design, which is going to use for t-shirt printing, to aslbersatu email.
I sent him 2 designs, I will name it Design01 and Design02 from now on.


The requirements I've stated to him and he have quoted to me is like this:
220gsm blank tshirt
DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
He said it will take 1-3 days to reach me, using poslaju

And guess what, after I paid him the money, he is like evaporated, never reply me my email/SMS/call.
After 2 weeks of waiting, I post something in his topic, and tell that I haven't receive my t-shirt.
Finally he showed up, said he sent my t-shirt on tuesday [which is already 2 weeks after the payment made], then he disappeared again.
I contact him and ask him to send me the tracking number, he NEVER REPLY again.

At last after 3 weeks of waiting, the t-shirt reached me.
I still can tolerate about the LONG waiting time, which is total 3 weeks to reach me after payment made.
But the main problem is, the t-shirt I received is not what he promised to print, it is totally different from what we discussed earlier.

1. The design I asked him to print is Design01, ended up he printed Design02 for me. What the hell man?
1. The quality / t-shirt weight is same as my last time printed t-shirt, which is only 180gsm, Asl bersatu promised a 220gsm for my t-shirt.
2. The printing...really wtf, it is not even direct to garment printing, I'm not expert I can't tell whether it is heat press or wat, but the printing is just like a sticker, which I can easily tear the whole picture off from the shirt, VERY EASY.
3. The printing is spoilt as well when I received, picture is damaged.

Asl Bersatu not only take 3 weeks to print and deliver 1 piece of t-shirt, but they printed it incorrectly, wrong design, wrong t-shirt quality, wrong printing method.
I'm still wondering if they really have 220gsm tshirt and direct to printing techonology.

Lowyat member, please, I sincerely give you my advice, do not do any business with AslBersatu, the whole company is actually operated by 1 person.
But he can do so many kinds of printing, even sell crocs shoes? haha, you do the judge.

I've even contacted the other staffs of Aslbersatu before, 1 also never reply, another one said he only doing part time marketing and just push away the responsibilty to the main guy, name Radzley

Please take precaution before you deal with aslbersatu, if you don't mind to end up like me, go ahead.

To ASL BERSATU ENTERPRISE, or better known as Radzley, you better give me a good explaination about my t-shirt.
I'm not a kid playing children's game with you, this is business.
If you do not have the product and technology, don't say you have, you are only scamming.
If you made a mistaken, I require you to redo my t-shirt on what you have promised.
