ic, well its better for now if u can upgrade ur eagle cleaver. Coz it really helps a lot in early game. I did that, til kinda late game then i switch back to my main weapon thats a greatsword. well its just my opinion. remember to always bring 20 whetstones when u fight with DS ya

eagle cleaver should be ok, but if u can make khezu shock blade then its better, coz its thunder which is tigrex's weakness. and yet u can block if u could not dodge out of the way in time coz when tigrex in rage mode it is extremely fast. And remember, sometimes when it charges, it can drift and charge u again. when in rage mode try not to get urself hit, coz when in rage mode, although tigrex's defence decreases but it atk increases a lot.

flash bomb do works, but it will still atk, so u still have to becareful. Normally i flash him only when i need to set trap or eat potion. Try not to get hit by the 3 snow balls atk at once, it will definitely kill u lol. and err, if u are atking his head, incase it wanna charge or something, remember always dodge to its left(your right), coz its left hand always lift quite high so u can actually dodge thru that 'hole' and u are safe. Watch this and u will get the idea^^

eagle cleaver is enough lol, when its in rage mode, u can see the head and the hand part will turn red, and always when it enters rage mode, it will jump back and roar, then only it starts its atk. One trap only stops him for like around 5 seconds, so if u are using great sword, don get too greedy, u can land one level 3 charge is good enough, as for LS, one full spirit gauge combo is enough. flash bomb it depend on ur luck, if u flashed him and it only stand on the ground roaring, then step in for a few hit then dodge out back. wait for the chance. patience is the key to victory for tigrex^^

exsea, i think of one sick way of bullying tigrex, but i need to get my xlink kai first la^^. We go and get 3 players with KAS, find a gunner, put it to sleep, then 3 KAS level 3 charge on head at the same time. Sure hurts lol

lol, give him maximum impact haha, why don we try heroics somemore should be very fun haha

err, i go for elder first then only i go for guild, well guild one practically has longer hp, so will take u more time to kill it, elder quest i remember i used eagle cleaver and finish him in around 20 to 25, used up all traps(last one for capture), all flash bomb(depend on luck, for me it just stand there and roar for nothing, gaining me a lot of free hits). Or u could try one of my fren's stategy, traps and flash it only when it is rage, trap to earn free hit, flash is to drag the time til it is out of rage mode.

lol, ya sure u can do it, don worry, tigrex is known as one of the most annoying monster there, it'll take sometime for u to get used to its atk, and, soon after u master its move, it will become a very very nice target to release tension on^^

ya sure no problem u can get the skull shell, but u have to break its head, and capture it, % is really low, i remember i killed him for like 5 to 6(all capture) then only i get one skull shell to make tigrex GS

lol, i did that coz of that blue sharpness, then only i realise, not useful that time lol

chance of getting hornetaur head is 2% for low rank, so u will need lots of time, bring some poison smoke bomb if they are a bunch of them. As for khezu, study its atk first, its actually a very easy boss with atk that can be dodge very easily. Don greedy with khezu. I remembered i used to bullied by him when i started monster hunter, but now i think almost all hunter can kill it without taking any damage lol

iron katana gospel is good, follow down the path for eagle cleaver, its a nice sword with decent sharpness. don atk khezu straight in front in super close range(meaning ur body stick to its body). Long sword has quite some range, sword touches it is enough lol. If u keep that distance, when its about to electric jump or normal jump, just roll or dodge under it(towards it as it jump). U are much safer this way

don bring ur cat when going for hornetaur, coz ur cat most of the time will kill them
