reducing fan speed can reduce noise....

u can also go to the automotive garage section and look for superlon or insuflex.

theres 6mm versions and 10mm versions.
another option would be to go to car accesory shops and look for those noise reducing foam.

clear enough or not?

did some cable management last night... to my workstation biggrin.gif i got so sick and tired at looking of the mess of cables and the huge piles of dust the cables collected.

took me over 5 hours to clean the dust out of every cable and mop the floor and arrange all the cables in a very tight working space...my back hurts now...but totally worth it. my workstation is so much neater now. theres even a lot less cables on the table itself now

the aparts where the cables are "loose" and a lil messy is due to the fact that i want the cables to have a little free play so that i can move my hardwares around without worryed about the cables getting stuck or anything.
