Mine situation is about the same. But after a long wait they had arrange a phone interview with me this week. My advice to you all still waiting for phone interview is every month keep email for an inquiry for an update or your current status in a very good and polite manner. andthe upmost important thing is PATIENT.

Really missing a company like this in our life cycle is somewhat pathetic.
Is there any way to know the status of my applications?
Or their recruitment procedure?
From the reply you get from Baker, it is very obvious that you are still enlisted to be consider for the employment. To know your status you can either mail them or call them. But adviseable that you mail them the most once a month cause don't want to be too pushy which will make them frustate. their procedure is just like the rest. after the interview (phone), if you had pass, if not mistaken the next stage is assessment day which will be held in Singapore at their Office.GoodDay!
