Need some of your suggestion n some professional views. I plan to buy a property in KL for investment purpose but I'm not sure where or what to buy. Previously somewhr ard March/April had been eyeing on the Swiss Garden Residence n their offer was quite good . but then in the end i decided not to take due to some issues. n now the price is goin quite good.

Now I'm ready again. Any new development ard that u guys can recommend?

ooo okie budget is below 800k
maybe some apartment nearby commercial areas/colledge which i can rent out for rentals or some mall units for rent out.

Why not get KL Maytower, can rent out for quite a good sum.

How about Northpoint opposite Mid Valley. around 800K level

There are service apartments nearby swiss garden residence.
