kampung area's road may an issue when heavy traffic...
i went there before when sunday evening, arrive Kepong spent 25-30minutes if no remember wrong... i dont think 35 minutes can reach KL unless green light all the road and travel at least 80-90km/h... about the house quality, quite good as i see... only the location and the jail putting me off... bcos went i do site visit, i saw a grp of police driving with a truck looking inside each VP house... Yup ..in Sg buloh...
the rest of the land there mainly by Sime Darby,.probably another hit project in the future...maybe like kota kemuning.... some more got guard patrol....free 2 yrs... |
