Usage of laptop: Photoshop CS2/CS3, illustrator, video editing, online games

Brand: Prefer Asus as they have longer warranty.

is Asus UL80vt a good performance laptop?

because it has powerful Nvidia G210m dedicated GC... and cheap price
but it is using CULV processor (SU 7300 1.30 Ghz, with turbo became 1.733)

i worry this laptop not balance.... processor is slower where GC is good

BenQ S42 far better than that Sony lor.. and i think its RM2999

Guys, I'm choosing between Dell Studio 15 and BenQ S57.

Similarities:

Same proc (p8700), Same RAM (4gb), Same Hdd (320Gb), Same 15.6"

Difference:

Dell Radeon 4570, BenQ Radeon 4650

Dell forces people to buy their stupid OS, BenQ gives Linux, which means I can install my own Ws7: Pro Edition

Dell has the custome casing which looked nicer, BenQ looks a bit normal

Dell can still customize more. Eg: 1080p Full HD Lcd, Backlit Keyboard, 7200rpm Hdd etc while BenQ can't do further changing

I would like to go for BenQ, but I do not have any friends using BenQ laptop. There was one using it, but he changed to Dell and praised Dell a lot. And I remember seeing him format his BenQ quite a lot of time lerh. To me, I think Dell's laptop are somehow better than BenQ. But, I can be wrong de marh. 

Dell after customization is around Rm3500, with that stupid Ws7: Home Premium.
BenQ is selling for Rm3199 at LYN's StarTec price list.

Mind gimme advise?

screen size can go up to 16"
most important is design and build quality.
Specs must be decent. No need the best.

i liked the Linux OS and the GC of BenQ. But i'm uncertain with its quality etc.
