Came back from Cameron Highlands with big smile. Nice experience with my Saga BLM. Drove my Saga Base Line manual and FC was superb with city + kampung road + highways + uphill.
Installed strut bar and the difference before and after is significant. Took Tapah - Cameron route, the road there is very challenging. Love my Saga BLM handling. On the way back, tested my car, chasing 2 Satria Neo who also came back from Cameron. 170KMPH! That was the highest speed i drove with this car. Since there were many cars that time on the way back to KL i couldn't reach over 170KMPH. Another reason was, i can feel the steering already light. The result was = From 4 bars to 1 bar after 150 KM from Tapah toll to Jalan Duta. LOL |

QUOTE(niu_niu @ Jan 14 2010, 11:06 PM) Today manage to run test my SAGA on highway. Never tried on highway before since bought it. Tried it on KL-seremban highway. Weird. 120kmph feel shaky? I was also driving alone and driving 120kmph most of the time in highway, but didn't feel the steering shaky. As i said, i drove around 165kmph, the steering is ok but the car was floaty already. B-Line manual.Went to max 120km/h, don't dare to go further coz stering start shaking and can feel car start to be shaky...engine sound also bcome very obvious n loud. FYI, i'm driving alone. There's no load in the car except myself..=) Just wonder is this common for all the saga out there? Thanks! Added on January 14, 2010, 11:08 pm u mean the small round hole thingy on the rear bumper? @coolkwc, i was driving 165/170kmph for around 20 minutes or so only.. Mostly 140kmph that time. 4 people were in the car that time. This post has been edited by maxizanc: Jan 14 2010, 11:48 PM |

QUOTE(mikehwy @ Jan 23 2010, 05:15 PM) cyclone, Sigh, not sure why your FC to high.i did 2 times of tuning and the fuel cost went worse, from 200km per rm50 petrol to about 180 per rm50 now ... haiz .... sianzzz .... i was actuallky advised by one of the saleman at the sc in Ipoh, jalan kuala kangsar .... Mine, i got around RM20 for 180km. 80% highway 10% city & 10% kampung road. In highway most of the time drove 120kmph. But mine is manual B-Line. I remember @coolkwc also using the same spec (B-Line and manual) and got quiet good FC. What's your spec? And i noticed my bill for 1st service, they charge me for X1R. Difference FC for BLM user, very weird, 24 cents is really high FC. I'm grateful my FC around 11 to 13 cents per km.

QUOTE(CyberKewl @ Jan 27 2010, 09:00 PM) guys check this out, this guy said can retune our ecu at authorised proton SC for RM 50 - 100 (or free if your mileage below 10k)..anyone tried or enquired b4 ? : Wow, seriously can retune ar? What do i get of i retune. Don't really quiet understand about ECU. But if they tune the car performance with more power, responsive etc, why didn't they tuned it at best when at factory?http://kereta.info/car-tuning-service/ This could help those with high FC especially those auto drivers..im also somewhat affected...i rarely get 13 / 14 KM per litre for my manual saga |

QUOTE(CyberKewl @ Jan 27 2010, 10:10 PM) i'm not sure why they didnt tune it in factory but its possible to get more money? i mean RM 50 - 100 for each time u retune they can make a lot rite? haha..also its possible maybe need our data first before can retune..the ecu detects our driving behaviour and adjusts accordingly..so probably retuning it could probably help improve something..not sure, never retuned b4.. According to the website, it is free for car below 10k mileage, Hahaha. Gotta try later on. My car's mileage only 3000km. |

I alreadu ==y installed strut bar at the fron, significant improvement, but i want more Can advise me on how to make my car lowered? |
