If so, it will not be rm200 for sure. Coz usually front windscreen includes labour cost rm500 or more.

And if u have insurance coverage for windscreen, please do claim it. It will not affect ur NCB. Just lodged a report and bring ur car to any workshop nearby with ur insurance company panel, it will just take few hours to fix it.

As what i read from ur post, its WINDSCREEN but not window class. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Ts, call ur insurance company if u have windscreen coverage.
Ask for any workshop nearby ur place, they will suggest u one of their panel workshop. And ask for documents u need to bring along. Police report and insurance policy will be one of them.
