Actually, it's Non-Claim Bonus. If you don't make claim each year, your NCB rate will increase until a max of 55% or so. So you pay less for your car insurance. If for example, you already have NCB at 30%, your insurance is say RM1000. You only pay RM700. If you make a claim now, next year your NCB will be reset back to 0 and you have to pay RM1000 starting again.
So if it's minor damage, it's not worth claiming, unless your NCB is very low or you don't have NCB yet.
