i've back from the KLIA pos office customs...
kena RM218 tax le..damn sad....
the seller declare wrong amount, i've ask him declare USD150 he go declare USD250. but i told the customs it should be USD150, but kena RM218 tax also...aiz...

was it 15% tax? what you bought?

i bought iron man metal gray from a ebay seller.
nope..15% is duty tax...then got sales tax lagi...total 32% according to the customs agents there...so it makes no diff buying at here lo...
if no tax my item can consider below market price lo...around 900 include shipping..

that's totally robbing... i kena once for buying a chogokin... drive all the way to lcct pay there and collect...

tax are stupid nowadays. later got "sales of goods" tax again i heard.
how can improve consumer confidence like this if people scared of buying stuff?

Robbery, Action figure....... Tax at most is 15.5% (sales tax inclusive)... Throw the tax book on them... some of them don't know basic maths (or tax law)...

got the kastam receipt...but i think they sure wont bother me d 1...
sure simply give some excuses 1...wat to do..
take as a lesson lo...

just make a surat rasmi and send to pengarah kastam klia... no harm trying. if can get refund consider bonus lah if cannot you still dont loose anything.

i try to email them later c what they reply...as u said no lose ma....thx bro
