regarding ur 1st question, PO price n retail price usually differs round RM20-RM30 n Q3 is actually til Sept n when it comes to Hot Toys... it will usually drag on n come out later than u expect.
regardin 2nd hand value... of course it has value especially the popular series such as Predators. even the iron man series is reli pickin up alotta steam n thus the value has reli gone up for the figures from the 1st iron man movie. go check on ebay n u ll get a pretty good idea on how much the value can go up. the reasonin behind this is the same as wat u ve mentioned for 2nd hand lego meanin all HT stuff are on limited production runs n once the production is stopped then u can reli see the value go up
