If buy from trusted site eg amazon, there should be no problem. Never once had a problem with amazon here, all top. Ebay got sell 380€ amazon 430€ but i'll buy from amazon anytime

Was mulling over both n1 and milestone too but finally decided to go and get myself an n1
 Mainly because of faster web browsing and better display (since i'm gonna use those 2 features the most) |

By march there's gonna be only like 2-3 months time before motorola shadow is launched. Then you wanna wait for that until september come msia, by that time new phones come out already. Rinse and repeat
