fr the backup part..titnanium back up is the apps u finding i guess..but it require root=))

u can choose to active wifi ..and when u on wifi..3G will auto off....u wnt c 3g symbol on ur signal bar when wifi is activated.

can..dere's alot application to deactivate 3G/data usage of ur phone

2.1 or 2.2@@?
