Hey, guys.. today the audio problem occur again.. i guess i found the solution... b4 this my driver version is A11
UPDATE the audio driver : IDT 92HD73C1 Audio, 6.10.0.6217, A15, Release Date: 9/23/2009

Added on November 17, 2009, 2:59 pm

My laptop 1920 x 1080, I use home 20" LCD monitor that support max 1360 x 768 and it works...
I use the normal VGA cable to connect my LCD 20" Monitor...
After connect the VGA cable, and i press the "Laptop/Projector" or "WIN+P" button, set to "Duplicate" mode, it display both 1360 x 768..
I did not use "Extends" mode.. so i guess jz set to "Projector" for the ease of my eyes.
What type of cable u use for the connection?? VGA or HDMI or DisplayPort??
Have u try "Change the screen resolution" after connect to your LCD?
U might wan to try, Connect the LCD with your laptop 1st, then restart your laptop while LCD is still connected to laptop...
Hope this help..

any improvement for the IDT driver?

Are you using ATI Catalyst Control Center to change the resolution or the Windows 7 display settings?

Spec wise, the ATI 4670 can definitely output esolutions beyond Full HD (1080p) so its unlikely to be the graphics card issue. I suspect either software, driver or the monitor not detecting properly.

BTW can you provide the model number of your external LCD screen? We can try checking for drivers etc. If you can secure another VGA cable or HDMI cable to test, might help too.

So far the IDT Driver, no problem yet.. i'm using Win7 Home Premium 32bit
if u open IDT Audio Control Panel, u can see the HDMI on the right side which before this only show 3 jack..
And the sound quality is better, as my listening experience... i didn't notice any sound glitch either..

@winter
i'm using HD4670 also.. i can put up to 1360, which over 1280.. as my LCD support max at 1360.
hav u try update your GC driver??
My driver, i use the R219810 + 9.9 beta... i think u can search the link in the previous post.. some1 did mention bout fps breakdown b4 this..
So i jz follow it as i don want experience low fps in my games..

Im using Vista, my windows 7 cd haven receive yet sad.gif

Yup i've tried both with ATI CCC and also the personalization display settings there.. I cant find the resolution for 1680, there is only 1280 and 1920, even when i play games, there are no 1680 or 1600 resolution choices, only 1280 and 1920

My external LCD is samsung 2253 BW, i have the drivers installed too since it came with a CD... The VGA cable was used by my bro to connect to his sony TV n it worked properly, so i tink its not the cable problem..

Upgrade to Windows 7.

Ok everything was done, the only download that I left out was Dell WebCam Central.
Any idea where to find it?
Try to find it at Dell's Support but it wasn't there.
