so next time reli reli reli must take 3 years when purchase...or else sure rugi and regret...

actually their built and quality is not bad, just that their warranty is reli super bonus for us let say if we have the warranty, we can use the laptop with peace of mind, and their most attractive parts is.. if we accidently fell down our laptop or water spill on it, we can get a 100% new / refurbish unit. so this is their main point of selling. if you dont want the complete care, which means you only want the parts only warranty i think the price will be about half of this.. haha..
the reason of me choose the complete care because i reli scare somthing weird might happen on us, let say when we doing work in office /playing game in house, suddently friends/brother walk pass by and bang the laptop and felt down to the floor....LCD crack, cd room cant read disk etc etc problem come out, ok... go toilet and use your water pipe spray water on it.. then call dell, say your laptop fall down to the swimming pool.
after few days of varification, you will receive a new unit. this is DELL ^^

refurbish or new = same for us as end user because we wont know it is refurbish or not. but what wrong with the refurbish set ? cos sxps 16 is use refurbish parts from factory oso

my friend just bought his sxps last 2 weeks and yesterday has deliver to his doorstep.
He have check the bios and it is already the latest vertion so if you also buy within this january i think they will upgrade bios b4 send to u
