i using vista now and c2d p8700, 4gb ram... ram consumption is 60%. i run some folding client(2 cpu 1 GPU), 2 tab of mozilla firefox + messenger + the damn mcafree(lazy to uninstall)

this is what normally happen to performance laptop... change to SSD if got money ^^

well, this subwoofer lor... good in bass. btw, dont expect much from laptop's speakers. u can always get urself a new speakers,headphone or earphone if u dont satisfied with laptop's speaker quality

if u use it fully load for more than 3 days then very hot... imagine 80++'C of air blowing to ur screen

ur usage is still consider light for me... XD just get a cooler if u want... i think urs temperature... depend how long u play. i play cod4 4 hours gpu 70+'C, same to processor.

cod4 only maximum allow me to play on 1024X768... i cannot set higher ady even though i lower the setting due to my GC

* i found an alternative for photobucket, here u go.temp without aircond and cooler.it's 100% fully load for both cpu and gpu. this will continue for another few days

so dont worry about ur usage, it's ok...when u want to leave ur laptop switched on and not using it, i suggest u leave ur lid half open or close it but i prefer to leave it half open (just find something soft to support the lid) coz i scare the heat from touchpad will hurt my screen.y i call u to do so?? coz the unique design of sxps16... the screen blocking the air vent so screen get direct impact from the hot air. 1 more reason is to let the hot air flow out better

work, sure work... just not that efficient compare to other laptops...

how big u want ur SSD to be?

dont have so expensive lor... now desktop SSD 80GB RM900+ . just check the SSD for sxps16, 256GB baru 2k+ if u can afford it, give it a try

sry, my sentence is misleading. i mean 256GB baru 2k+, not 80GB...

plastic sheet?? but i dont think ur touchpad can use after using plastic sheet...

i clean my laptop at least once a month...
