There is an application in HD2 called "facebook", you are opt to access facebook either through this application
or the web browser.  rclxms.gif

The application is like a lite edition of web browsing facebook.

Its fast viewing ppl's profile but seeing photo is very dependent on your
internet speed  drool.gif

there is a setting I think.

You can set to sync email manually or ask it to sync every 2 hours / any

Izzit just like iphone?

I feel this is not the right time to buy HD2 yet, because firstly is Windows 7 havent launch yet, secondly, motorola Droid and others all high spec pda is coming soon, so i feel when this few model is out in the market, i think HD 2 price sure will drop.

One more thing is HD2 is like too big, i scare can't fit into my pocket, and sure need a extend battery because HD 2 battery capacity is too small.
But I love the Sense application.

Targeting HD 2 or Motorola Droid , but motorola got keypad, but i duno how useful on Qwerty keypad .

Not sure about Iphone cause I've never been using it.
But it should be similar brows.gif

If you're gonna wait, then you will never buy a phone la,

New phone is arriving every now and then,

you're going to wait until when? whistling.gif

By the way,

after using HD2 for some time, it isnt that big though. rclxub.gif

The size is just a lil bit larger than Iphone.

and the battery is more than enough to last me for one and half day usage thumbup.gif

a lil music + surfing + twittering + games+ calls + sms

As for my experience of using it for less than a month,

I can tell you that HD2 has a few disadvantages, too:

1) Screen too sensitive - After applying hotfix from BSB Tweaks, its ok

2) Sucky music player

3)The "my location" weather update sometimes dont work until you soft reset it

4) Bad camera - pinkish spot sometimes, although I installed the hotfix

5) Market App is still under development, very lil app as compared to app store in iphone

These are the few things that I din like about my HD2 rclxms.gif

Other than that everything works fine on mine. thumbup.gif

IMHO by far the best WM i've used, and never hang..although i did used reset button. that was also because i messed it up trying to customize it.

firstly i dont quite like the camera, it doesnt have a dedicated button to snap photo, the photo snaping is located on the screen itself which is not very convenient. and picture quality at night is quite bad. the flash is too bright on near distance but somehow it doesnt capture things at the background too well. especially when u try taking pic in places karaoke and clubs... rclxm9.gif ..wanna action abit..but camera sux rclxub.gif lol.

secondly yes the screen is too sensitive. although i have bsbtweak on but i still think its still too sensitive unlike iphone which is much easier to type. but the plus point is that this phone has got very smart autocorrection dictionary (T9). just simply press letters around the area and the correct letter will appear thumbup.gif

and honestly its quite hard to manage your contacts as well. there isnt a dedicated button for contact book. you have to go to people>allpeople to be able to view all your contacts. (is there any tweak i can use for this?)

speaker phone is bad, i've got some cracking noise when i put on loudspeaker and also when i play music out loud

on the plus point,
i like how your contacts are connected to their Facebook. picture display, updates, birthdays etc
GPS is a killer..in a good way smile.gif i've used garmin mobile XT and google maps. both works perfectly..locks down within 10 seconds.
Sense works beautifully...
of course the beautiful gigantic screen..its my mobile po*no carrier..lol
wifi super speed. but i have yet to figure out how to use it as Wifi router. any advice?

and on a side note, can we rearrange the icons under the main start menu? i can only move icons up and down. i want to put the respective icons under their folders..i.e. games in games folder and music player in multimedia folder etc...

Just to add on. Below what I wish can be improved.

1. Marketplace only can install apps to Main Memory
2. Default Twitter client "Peep" should have better way of handling url link (eg. pop-up menu). Having problem try to click on the link but it show other option like RT and etc but no Open Link. sad.gif With auto name complete will be great.

Other than this no issue for me. Screen sensitive so far so good. rclxms.gif

I used Resco File Manager and JWMD Icon Changer to sort and organize my icon. If you don't have Resco, Total Commander also can.

This guide show you how to access from Internet (external). Basically you need to setup port forward in your router. If you are on dynamic ip you need to use services like DynaDNS. If there are firewall install you also need to configure the firewall. IMHO don't enable this unless you know what you are doing and you really need it.

Is the Momax battery better than our stock battery? Any potential danger in using this aftermarket battery?
