I think only rich country like Dubai only can pull this off.

Japan,i highly doubt it as Japan is in earthquake prone area.

88 floors with 7x m tall spires.

Besides, office building does have taller per floor height than hotel or residential...

But i guess, this St Regis can comfortably reach 280 m biggrin.gif
