If oily skin still have to use moisturizer? I tot cn skip, just cleanse n use toner, sunblock/nite cream.

as im aware there r 2 types of moisturizer-water and oil based, for dry skin use oil based,n vice versa..
Well, i dun understand wats da purpose of using moisturizer..to minimize open pores?
