BTW, can I check with you guys, I find the sliding sometimes will no return to it's display state when I closed it.
The sliding issue?

ok, i elaborate more.

say now i am at standby screen:

1. I slide the phone to horizontal
2. I close the slide then

The alignment does not go back to vertical reading. It stay as horizontal. Until I try to move the slide (towards open), only it back to original reading position

I have configured both display rotation and slide settings but still have the issue.
Nvm, i will check out with Nokia.

Btw, wanna check with you, the headphone.
I could use it for music but not making calls
Anywhere I need to configure this?

I tried to make calls however, no sound from the headphone.

So I tried using my previous N78 headphone to connect, still same...no sound.

If the 3.5 jack is a problem, why I can listen to music on both head phone?

that's challenging me sad.gif

The phone bought from AVAXX anyway, so can I send to any Nokia Center?

I bought it from someone. It is under warranty by AVAXX.

Does it make any different bought direct from AVAXX and warranty from them?

I collected my phone last evening.

The headphone issue is not rectified. Same goes to the sliding issue.
Moreover, the job receipt stated verified and tested OK...

When I ask why the both problems are not solved and you tell me it is done?

The front desk officer reply me the following:
Ohh...sliding problem ni, sebab you selalu push and pull. So dia cepat rosak.
Headphone ni pula, kita cuma warranty 6 bulan saja.

In my mind:
If Nokia design a sliding phone, and it cannot always slide, then for what??

Very disappointed with the NCC

Gosh...wat a bad news, i thought of going Amcorp next week since they only work on weekdays.

If BB plaza NCC could not solve my problem, means it cannot be solve elsewhere?

Recently, I tried to switch my operator to 3G...the line got cut off whenever the 3G switch to 2G coverage. Do you guys face similar problem?

Hahaha actually the complaints that Clareen told me about is only the duration they take to diagnose the problem and repair the phone. I think it's not really a problem how long they need to repair it (as in a week is still ok) as long the problem get's fixed.

There's another NCC at 1Utama. That NCC is pretty fast from what I heard from Clareen. You can PM her for details though. But I think she would tell you the same thing I am telling you tongue.gif

Huh (on the bold part) Mine is perfectly fine. What line are you using? Maxis or DiGi or Celcom?
