Is there any legal loophole with these spas? Is it so hard to prove that most of these prostitute if caught is just because they are here illegally or abusing their visas? For local prostitutes, no such problem I guess unless if one of them, either the prostitute or the client is a Malaysian muslim. For example, officially the owner is selling only 'massage' service, but whatever happened inside is between the client and the masseuse. Of course there is secret agreement between owner and masseuse that if 'extra activities' is performed, some payment must be made to the spa owner for maintenance purposes (wear and tear on bed frame, dirty bed sheet, etc).

I guess if the foreign prostitutes just use their hotel rooms also no problem coz so hard to prove that they are 'working' in Malaysia. It's just consensual sex and payment made to them are nobody's business. Unless the client is a muslim of course then the religious department clearly have the jurisdiction to make an arrest.

Well, if legalised, a lot of issues need to think of:

1. Family value will be largely dropped cuz husband likes to cheong outside instead of facing their yellow face wife at home
