Kinda reminds me of WinMo phone.. At least there is no lag. But if my memory serve me right, 1st gen Symbian also behaved the same way...

Hi all,

As promised, here is my Day1 review..

1. Used PC Suite to migrate all my contacts, calendar and what not from HTC TP to Satio = Excellent tool
2. UI = Could have been better with customizable tab on the Home screen. Good responsiveness.. though the Satio can be easily confused between landscape mode or potrait
3. SMS messaging = good landscape keyboard, nice interface... I was cursing abt lack of threaded SMS feature until i stumbled onto the *Conversation* tool on Entertainment\Chat\ tab.. pai seh blush.gif
4. Photo/Music folder = Coming from a storage perspective, i think it would be better if we can choose which photo album to display or which music folder to be played... Now, it just show/play all... So for those fella who like to store intimate photo on the phone, ps be aware that's easily accessible...
5. Call function = Nothing but good comments...
6. Camera = haven't fiddle with but 1st round candid shots are good..

Bro Aruja,

Can you share with me, how long does IS800 last? Thanks..

What does the conversation function do? So far I seldom try other stuff just that my phone already clocked around 5 hours of conversation....nothing wrong with the call function haha

I like the conversation function in my C905 (group SMS together same number).

Satio can add this?

It's not the voice conversation but sms conversation... If you are familiar with WinMo devices, the SMS from the same number plus ur own reply will be grouped together.. Looks kinda like chat page..

U can go to shortcut tab and access the *conversation* app from there.

This app will draw out the contents from inbox/sent items and merge accordingly...

U meant a master page to view it all? Nope, still using std phone OS style...

To me the IS800 sound is superb with Satio but the downside it volume max is not damn loud if u want to used it outside. Be prepare for it. If u are the LRT..charm lor...hehehehe. Disvantage of the headset is doesnt have rewind and forward function. Only stop or call come in then after conversion it auto goes to the song you are listening. Battery life is bit downside.

ya man, battery life is a dealbreaker for me.. Hence looking for MW600 instead.. According to the shops, still not release yet. they suspect it's another phantom product from SE...
