Bought the game, EU version. xD The latency is around 300+. If possible, play in a PvE server. You will see the effect of the high latency in a PvP one.

not really, i was killing lot of red pkers with my stock internet connection, no proxy here

You are correct in your assumption. En Masse will block IPs based on region. Asia, Africa, Russia, and the Middle East are included on the block list. edison did you buy from offgamers? if so, do they give you your key immediately ? i want to be in time to char creation start >.<

I dunno yet~ Diablo 3 just right at the corner also. I feel the server gonna full with Slayer though, best class so far (for me)
I use Sorcerer, but the dmg done is not enough for me, Warriror i try, is good, but I died several times, while Slayer can do tons of dmg and I never died b4, even on boss battle. I do feel that we gonna lack of healer XD

and yes, i just LIVE chat with offgamers, they have stock right now for the standard version. You should get the key immediately.

i'm still thinkin about getting this game, so many gud games this year... & i'm not reali like the battle system, i'm suk at aiming. more to tab targeting, like wow/gw/balde&souls. i'm playin this game @ around 300ms, use trial WTF & get around 150ms, still it's not reali gud for action base mmo. few years ago when im playin wow @ 500-800 ms, it's still more fun & playable compare to this.

if i buy this i won't be gettin my vita & ragnarok oddsey

Ps : this game graphic is superb, wif lots of boobs, asses & cute little anime like characters wif skimpy armor lol, tat's a gud thg bout this game XD

yeah, PvE is good selection for this game.
been jump server to server since the limit only 2 per server.

After finalize the class i want...
1. Lancer
2. Slayer (too much of this class)
3. Priest (Abit hard, but seems better than sorcerer)
