Hello there, it's been a while.

The collector's edition is probably not worth it at this point. I would suggest to play accordingly as being a veteran user is also already good enough.

As long as P2W items don't hit the shelves soon. Who am I kidding? It will eventually. I'll stick around as long as my static stays for 20-man raid, and getting Shandra Maniac title!

Don't think that's going to work. I'm afraid you need to manually run the setup file and let the client download the game data for you. Could take a day, could take a week.

Please take note we are fast approaching the maximum allowed number of members for a guild (referring to Heroes of Lowyat). We are sitting close to 200 and I might be needed to take action to weed off inactive players in the future.

After the merge the server IP is different now. Open your Resource Monitor and identify where the packets are sent and received from. You should ping 79.110.94.212. I get 190ms and in-game I get 212ms. Given on certain dungeons and time of the day I get up to 250ms. Maxes out at 270ms. Unplayable but that's due to certain situations. On certain areas though, the lag is universal, and it is cause of the game mechanics/server itself.

try to post the error or specify exactly what happens. Referrer, unless you know somebody, doesn't matter. Leaving it blank or a simple "None" is acceptable.

Try clearing your cache, run CCleaner to empty your temporary files and restart your browser. Specifically, clear any files that your HDD has cached for the website. I just received an application twelve hours ago so the problem might be on your end.

You can open up the menu with the mouse UI button (alt), go down to Social, and click Guilds on Server. Search for any guild you want. We have a local Malaysian guild called Heroes of Lowyat. Apply if you wish and I or other officers will accept you in. See you in-game.

The mount that comes with the TERA club membership expires when your membership expires. This mount can also be purchased with one of the Nexus Reputation merchant at level 60, so it is nothing special (unlike the Argon Horse that NA users get). If you are casual, in essence, I would suggest being a veteran user only. Club membership is only ever useful for players who are consistently doing end-game dungeons (because you get 1/2 cooldowns on every dungeon), meaning you can access them for farming several times a day. Other perks are not really appealing at all if I was a new user.

The Atlas allows you to port to towns without suffering cooldowns. You get teleported to Pegasus Platforms, though.

When I was leveling through and past the beta days, and after the final game was released, I don't recall the need to ever have any farming for gears to level up. I'm not sure what the players nowadays have been talked into believing, but quests gears are sufficient, to say the least, to get you past the levels and give you better quests gears later on. This is until you hit level 60, where you will have the required stash of gold (unless you wasted on useless low-level gear enchanting) to buy the standard tier 13 gears that you can use to finally "farm" level 60 instances. Times have changed and gear progression has become much easier (in terms of Tiers and gear qualities) such as being able to purchase Agnitor (Nexus) Tier 14 gears at a lower credit price & being able to trade them via brokerage. They were priced higher before the latest patch and were not tradeable.

As I have posted in this topic before, you may reference Sapphidia's newbie guide for gear progression at the TERA EU forums. This is the only useful guide I've ever seen originally posted on the EU forums. The rest are better found on En Masse's forums.
