I booked mine 3GS 16Gb white color at The MINES GENTEL COMMUNICATION on 14 NOV....until now is already 38 days of waiting!
WTH?! Is it me that is very unlucky or GENTEL that have problem? i have sent many mails to maxis, they only called me 2 times, but no feedback after they said will look into my issue...
I called the GENTEL, every time also give me the same answer, you have to wait for 45days...not yet 45 days...i mean WTH...seeing other LYNster here already get their phone even they place their order late than me
I really regret i bought the phone from them...any suggestion for my problem here?

I manage to call the GENTEL just now, guess what they said, they are totally out of stock for 16G, only 32G available and the waiting period is 1 week time.
For 16G, they will only get the stock on NEXT YEAR MID of JANUARY! That means, added to my current waiting days, 38 days + 24 days=62 days of waiting!! I think i can be the record holder for the longest period of waiting...

Think back what they told us, 3 weeks to 30 days max of waiting(by maxis CS), 30-45 days max(GENTEL), all is bullshit! I felt like being cheated, i asked for refund of my deposit, they told me that is impossible... MXXXS,you big liar and cheater!

Whats worried me now is that i have taken the iValue plan 1, since i haven't got my damn phone yet, do i have to pay for it? is the plan activated already?

Yep, MID OF JAN next year,this apply to all according to MAXIS Customer Service(123)
because i just make the call and i asked them is it possible to get 1 unit for me from other center/branch? She told me all the branch is waiting for the new batch,they can't help but ask me to keep waiting.

I'm over frustrated "level" already, i started to hate Maxis and i swear i will switch my line once the contract is over IMMEDIATELY!
Don't want to let those liar and cheater earn a single cent from my pocket already! Enough of those empty promises.

By the way, i think the Maxis CS center is not telling the truth, since there is ppl getting their phone yesterday.
I think the problem is Maxis not delivering the stock to other center...
So, conclusion, for those who want their phone pls don't place your booking on those MEP,better try your luck at their OWN center.

Finally, just taken my i-phone 3gs 16g white from mid valley the garden.
I just walk in and ask the CS there, she told me only white color for 16g 3gs available, directly sign up and take it on the spot, the whole process is less than 1 hour,Yes!
Before this i booked mine at The Mines Gentel Communication at 14 Nov...end up they told me no stock, have to wait until next year Mid of Jan, i argue with them until they agreed to refund my deposit.Luckily i cancel it, or else i'll still be waiting now...
For those who still waiting,please walk in to the garden's maxis center,better try your luck than waiting for them to call you,because at the time i was waiting, there is already 2 customer that asked the CS why they never call them even the stock is available, the CS just keep quite...haha

Hi all, just get my phone yesterday, is a 3gs 16g white color, i read in the first page of purchase guide that it said the package will include a microfiber cleaning cloth, but i can't find it in the box....anyone here can confirm this? is it the latest stock included it?
