miahaha's list is ok..what about that quad core Acer Aspire...since Acer's mid-high range laptop's build quality have improved greatly..forgot how much that cost though..i think it's in the RM4.5k range

my travelmate also turning 4 this year..no big issue, starting to have dead pixel, and replaced the heat sink fan before this, because i dropped, but only heat sink fan spoil...oh ya, battery also replaced once..
but my batch is still consider low quality one la..ultra sucky speaker, flimsy LCD, small buttons despite 15.6'', heats up quite fast, touchpad button not that durable(one of the leg on the touchpad button broke also..assignment stress caused that)

bleh...my keyboard also stop working in ubuntu mah..just that they don have wide driver support like M$ la, since they use customized hardwares

agree with DoubleU, + RM300 get BD, worth it...

weiyap, heard before sound magic, right now using, really nice..dunno how is it compare to shenheisser ones..but this one suits my taste...bass strong enough, high and mid balance..hehe

u mean cannot change at all?? u using original driver?? the original driver will not respond de, if u have any app running that uses ur current gfx card...try using the DoX or the nautis one la, theirs have a pop up notification on which application is using ur GPU
