i think i would prefer CULV instead...

Adamo is juz waaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced...
*
Yup,agree with astria...Adamo is way overpriced...maybe you can opt for Aspire Timeline Series lor..much more cheaper and the performance is thumbup.gif (as i already tested the unit)

@doubleU
Just create another partition will do, and install Ubuntu into that new partition..then you are ready to dual-boot Ubuntu/Win nod.gif..no need much space,8GB can also...

depends on which card u use in windows right before the reboot ... using vista bios will be troublesome when u switch the card in windows and leave it there ...the xserver will have error since the script for the intel doesn't fit the 9600 ..it's better to go for xp-bios for more stable OS

Added on October 15, 2009, 10:17 am
but if like that the battery life will drop also ..since the 9600 is still on but not recognised ...
*
Yup, this one true...i installed Ubuntu without flashing the bios...the battery life for sure is not that consistent...just like you said, for more stable better flash the bios nod.gif

ya both card active, but only one of them is in use, the other still drain ur battery but has nothing to do with ur OS
