Banzai_san: As per Minolta's naming scheme:

2/3 = beginner
4/5 = amateur
6/7 = advanced
8/9 = professional

They used to launch 3/5/7/9 series, then the next year, 2/4/6/8 series, and alternate between these two. So there is plenty of space for more names, even if the end of the SLR format as we know it is near. (Meaning a different lettering scheme?)

tis year sony released 2/3/5/8, then next year goin to release 6/7/9 lor... rclxms.gif

is tis means tat km5d is considered amateur? blink.gif

oo, thanks biggrin.gif

1 more question about teleconverter..

(guys.. this only for technical knowledge lol.. not "the pic will look too soft prblem etc2 tongue.gif)
wat if we double the tele converter like eg: 2X + 2X + 100 F2.8 = it supposed to be 400 F11.2 izzit? (or 300 F8.4) my IQ tell 400mm...

2X + 2X + 500mm F8 = 2000mm F32.. woot woot  haha..
*
my guess is 400 F11.2 as teleconverter works in magnification.
