QUOTE(michael9413 @ Apr 14 2010, 05:21 PM) michael9413, Thanks my friend, didn't go to PJ, change the tires in Cheras ( Jln. Sg. Besi )near the tint shop, they took my OEM tires ( Potenza ) for each 100/- and new one was 260/- with alignment and balancing. I didn't bargain..went ahead.I like the new PS3 tires...as you said good comfort and handling. Thanks for your recommendation!!! By the way for the tint, I went ahead with 3M Crystalline VLT 60% for the entire car except front windscreen, total was only 1050/- with 5 yrs warranty. This 3M film has the charcoal color shade and it really suits the white body. also check 3M Crystalline VLT 70 %...but it was tooooo light (It has a light purple shade ) so went ahead with VLT 60%. Workshop guys did a good job - nothing to complain! also took 3M floor mat's for the entire car. cost 120/- However - Overall I am happy with my new baby, done 150+ km already. so much comfort inside the cabin, may be bcos of the oak color interior..I can feel it bcos I drove a Proton till yesterday!! furthermore I feel the body size also bigger than the other Vios on the road!!! Now I am a proud owner of the New Vios!!!!!!! Thanks to all the guys for exchanging idea's to make a good buy. I booked this car in February first week, and worth the wait!! ( to end - Sill sad bcos no HUD and push start and Aux, but happy with the leather seats!! ) Cheers. This post has been edited by priyangaf: May 6 2010, 11:15 PM |

QUOTE(travis_ckf @ Apr 16 2010, 01:47 AM) Congrats on ur new ride Thanks Travis, compared to G spec only drawback on TRD is it's fabric seats!! thats the reason i went to G spec.. Saw the new vios launching post at paultan.org n the response is nothing but funny bashing. Somehow i like the TRD sportivo with new rims n lower suspension alot. QUOTE(vios2002 @ May 11 2010, 11:51 AM) go for component set... best quality music .... price range depend ur budget... skip the rear oval speaker... maybe remove it.... like house audio set hifi... music only come from front not rear... Great Bro!! Well Noted. dont over invest ICE... u never able to get best quality of house hifi quality... too many things that car ICE is different then house hifi... By the way which brand is the best value for money ? Any particular model to consider? This post has been edited by priyangaf: May 11 2010, 12:56 PM |

Thanks. This post has been edited by priyangaf: May 12 2010, 10:07 PM |

Guys, do you know the brightness level of our New Vios H4 head lamps?
I recently changed those to 4300K Crystal Vision bulbs...white color brightness ones... but frankly I could not see anything at night. For me the OEM bulbs were having better visibility level than these 4300k white brightness ones!! With this I assume, OEM halogen bulbs are somewhere above 4300k level brightness. Do you know anything ?? Thanks |

QUOTE(michael9413 @ May 19 2010, 08:58 AM) pls adjust your head lights level, then it should work fine... u should point the light more downwards so u can see the road but white color light in heavy rain is not good at all, actually u need yellow light during heavy fog and rains condition:) Got the point,This post has been edited by priyangaf: May 19 2010, 03:48 PM |

QUOTE(papaya2 @ May 21 2010, 03:18 PM) I'm also using PS3 195/55/15 month ago, although i'm not so expert like michael9413, i can say that this is nice tyre, especially on wet day. Yeap, with michael9413 advice I also brought a PS3 for my new vios and traded in the stock ones...for me PS3 is the best tire I hv used till todate. |
