My gut feeling, no.
1992-1994 rally was the unprecedental and could be a non-repeatable in history book. Just like Nasdaq internet bubble, which in both they are broad based rally.

We are not having a broadbased rally at all, just selectively goreng here and there. Do you see any stock below 0.50 in super bull run, no every stock are above 1.00, or the super bull run (or more precise world bubble) on second board, non of counter below 5.00.

Just because we down so low and rebound back, doesn't mean it will go down the road non-stop.

The recent surge looks significant due to the low point is so deep and so depressed. Just like you dig a well so deep if you look from bottom, it is so high. But in real fact we are back to the same level prior before the crisis unfold in big way.

Everyone talking about stock up 50%, 100% for since March low but people forget DJ gain nothing if compared to 10 years back.
Just like everyone talking about Citigroup up 300% from March (from 1.00) to now 4.xx-5.00, how good is the rally etc. but nobody talk about Citigroup was a 50 dollar stock before that.

We lack one important ingredient for the super bull, red hot growing economy.

My 2 cents.

It is not about Indonesia bank is good or not good, Maybank saga is about the price of acquisition.
