No, N97 owner like me will pissed off if the battery life live longer then it's own big brother. It lowers the screen size and many downgrade features. To me, the battery capacity is already suffice

Aiyo, 1 day and a half with the use of phone calls, SMS, Internet browsing, music playing and video playing. Without these, my HP can last for 3 days above

It doesn't have a slide cover so shouldn't be a problem. ALthough you can still have it of you rub and wipe it too often.
