i also viewed it according to my conceptual sanity phrase. don't mind if we are an anime otaku or not. a good art is a good art no matter who create it. it's the adaption from viewers is what creator wants. as i say i didn't represent the viewers as a whole, it's just from a small potion where they started to learn things about anime. if i view it on the world perception, i do need to take a note about it on what's the statistic of the certain country's adaptation to the anime related issue. of course i can't do that here in this office. i would take time for me to look at the graph and call certain number obtaining more and more facts on it. to make it simple, it's just a view from typical workers from typical malaysian office. i like to watch how these people respond on the certain anime at one time. it makes me wonder why and make me curious about it, knowing that it's just a typical shoujo type anime, just like hana yori dang long time ago.

i was moved on how they predicted on what will sawako do next? this once amused me for a while, then i thought maybe they're just too carried away with it. obviously it's sadako.. one sole reason why they like it. like means it's a good sign. maybe not for some but it's good for me

well if it's an anime reviewed by stormy and personally he asked me to watch it, i will have no doubt that this anime will turn out good. most stormy's recommendation on anime were great. including this one.

Yup. I doubt there's one like Sawako does exist in real life. Because she doesn't have two characteristics, jeolusy and anger, which people in real life couldn't seem to get rid of. She doesn't seem to have, even a little, sense of jeolusy and anger. And I will cry during some scenes in Kimi ni Todoke, just because I'm touched by her true self she is portraying to people around her. This anime is heart-warming, but at the same time, make me feel unrealistic.

And actually it's nice to share views on anime, even though we hold different opinions. I like to hear what people think of a character or an anime, but I'm unlucky that I have only one that shares same interest as me.

People who don't usually watch anime are more easily attracted to Kimi than anime like Bakemonogatari and Code Geass, because Kimi is a shoujo-type romantic story, just like those romantic drama series out there that have large fanbase, which are more 'light'. Bake and Geass are too 'heavy' for the tastes of newcomers. From what I observe, Bake has too many dialogues that non-anime viewers couldn't enjoy with/understand and regard them as boring, whereas we think those dialogues are hilarious, meaningful, and portrayed the special and interesting interactions between the characters. Geass has mecha element, so non-anime viewers especially females would've dropped it on the first look.

But Kimi ni Todoke is indeed a nice anime.

I have more interest in kazehaya, he is perfect, over flawless that kind. He is able to portray his anger with suitable amount at correct timing, and sometimes shy like a little boy too, that's just awesome.

Woah! Ep 17 is full of win. Made me laugh the hardest and melted my heart the most. For me, it's the best episode in the series.
