Hi guys. Im 20 years old, with height 180cm and weight 108kg. For the past few months, I've been taking Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Drink. Fist time I tried was on June 2009 and that time i weighted 110kg. First 3 weeks, I do as what my personal trainer said. Drink Herbalife twice time a day (as breakfast and dinner), only eat carb during the lunch. Because of the lack self disciplined, I didnt follow the instruction carefully. I kinda person who eats a lot. So, if im forced to eat less, I feel very hungry during the night. Now, I plan to be more disciplined as I ashamed with my figure. Oh yeah, recently I also bought the hand gripper to exercise my hand muscle. Can anyone suggest my daily meal (Herbalife Drink time remain as it is)? Every evening, I'll jog 2km. Is it enough for me? Please do help.

the secret eat frequent meal (5-6X) and exercise religiously with a lil supps thats all

DO NOT replace your big meal with supplements, if you must use it in-between meals

You need more cardio and weight training, dunk the Herbacrap in favor of solid food, just control your intake in terms of quality and quantity.

YEAH DUMP THE DAM THING, or the left of over u had, tats all u gona have. Take real food.

I would highly advice u to do HIIT.

For ur carbs intake for lunch.... wats the logic? I think .... may be u can consider.... dumping ur trainer..... as well.

Well carbs is best consume for ur breakfast, preworkout and post workout, aft 6, totally no carbs at all (take chicken breast or beef or eggs instead?) Calculate ur daily calories intake. Lets say.... u r 100kg and u can use the calculation for 90kg which is (90x2.2)lbs x 13. Divide those numbers with 6 and tats how much calories u can take each meal for 6 times a day and slowly u can reduce ur calories intake by 200 -400 each week until it reaches 2000 - 2200.

There's already a thread.

Go read it, don't open new threads to ask redundant questions please.

Yes mods are bastards, closing your thread as they like it. But it's already in the rules and regulations, which you might want to read to avoid occurrences of which your thread get closed.
